Ray Mathoda is a Housing Industry Entrepreneur and Founder of HausAngeles, Inc., an education and mission oriented Real Estate Brokerage, as well as AssetPlanUSA, Inc., a Nationwide Foreclosure Alternatives Solution Provider.
Ray is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of AssetPlanUSA. AssetPlanUSA works with Consumers, Realtors, and Lenders/Banks to facilitate Foreclosure Alternatives such as Short Sales, which are often in the best interests of Distressed Borrowers, Mortgage Lenders, as well as the US Housing Market.
Ray was previously Chief Administrative Officer at Indymac Bank, a Top 10 US Thrift and Home Mortgage Lender, where she was responsible for all of the Company’s People and Expense related functions including Human Resources, Global Outsourcing, Purchasing, Real Estate, Corporate IT and Culture/Communications.
Prior to joining Indymac, Ray was a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company where she focused on resolving Board and CEO-level strategic issues and designing/executing performance transformation programs at Fortune 1000 companies. While at McKinsey, Ray was co-leader of the Firm’s Healthcare Payor-Provider practice.
Ray graduated with an A.B. (with Honors) from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. Ray also has an M.B.A. (with Distinction) in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
Ray is a City Commissioner for the Los Angeles Public Housing Authority (which owns or administers all of the City’s Section 8 and Public Housing), and a Board member for the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center.
